Meet The Staff

Candice started her career in animal care as a veterinary receptionist. She has always wanted to be a business owner and noticed the need for at-home animal care in the OKC metro. This observation inspired her to start Savvy Pet Sitter. After 8 years, Savvy Pet Sitter is still providing passionate, quality care to their clients and animals. Outside of her business, Candice also volunteers at the Doberman Rescue Group and fosters through them. In her spare time, she loves to cook, paint and hang out with her three dogs: Grace, Jersey, and Killian.

Kaycee is an English teacher at the University of Central Oklahoma and is currently in graduate school. Kaycee’s interests and hobbies include writing, listening to music, reading, yoga, and antique shopping. She has had rescue animals her whole life. As a child, her family would always take in animals to rehabilitate. Kaycee has been pet sitting on and off for a few years and has plenty of animal experience even with special needs animals. Her own animals are three special needs kitties of her very own.

Michelle has been a social media correspondent and dog walker with Savvy for over three years. She also works as an independent graphic designer and is a Creative Writing Major at the UCO. Michelle is an avid animal lover and will always help an animal in need. Her favorite thing is to hang out with her awesome husband and their cat kids. In her spare time, Michelle can be found reading, doing yoga or playing video games.

Megan is 21 years old and is a Zoology major at SUOKC. Megan is an artist at heart and loves all walks of life. She is the newest member of Savvy Pet Sitter team and she is so excited to share her passion for animals.
